Position: Assembler-A
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant manufacturing experience, preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, layouts, piping and instrumentation diagrams
- Ability to read tape measure
- Experience bending tubing is a plus
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of hand tools for assembly
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attendance is required
- Must be team orientated
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, Align, plumb, and test process equipment
- Assembly of piping spools and instruments onto skids
- Testing various piping spools
- Running band saws
- Painting touch up’s and working around insulation occasionally
- Blueprint reading and layout
- Perform basic mechanical functions
- Reading Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams
- Equipment checkout & Hydro Testing
- Work within Design Specifications & Classifications
- Provide Support for welding, material control, and machining
- Run Tubing & Instrumentation Lines
- Familiar with Hand Tools and Shop tools
